Vibrant and bustling, Dundee, is only 18  miles away from our holiday park and offers a great range of things to see and do. Choose from art galleries, museums, restaurants and  exciting tourist attractions.There is great shopping too – with retail parks and shopping centres.

Children will love the award-winning Discovery Point Museum, where they can climb aboard the RSS Discovery Ship, and Dundee Science Centre, where they can discover the wonders of science through over 80 hands-on interactive exhibits.

Golf & St Andrews

With over 30 golf courses within a 30  mile radius, Lochlands Leisure Park is the perfect place to stay for an affordable golf holiday. Play from your doorstep at Forfar Golf Club (used as an Open qualifying course) or travel just 18 miles to the welcoming Drumoig Course. The ‘home of golf’ and stunning medieval coastal town, St Andrews, is only a 35 minute drive away.

Scotland’s oldest University is sited here and you can see the 12th century ruins of the Castle and Cathedral. You can also visit the British Golf Museum or the Botanic Gardens with over 18 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and glasshouses or come face-to-face with seals and sharks at the Aquarium. All of this plus 2 beaches and a wonderful array of fine shops, cafes, restaurants and spas makes St. Andrews perfect for a great day out.

Angus Glens

A short drive from the park lies a beautiful area full of wildlife and spectacular scenery known as the Angus Glens.The Angus Glens are made up of six glens which run in the same general direction, giving the impression of the fingers of a hand stretching through the sumptuous Angus countryside and finishing at the outer edge of the Cairngorms National Park.

The Angus Glens make up a truly breathtaking area with heather-clad hills, bubbling streams and forests filled with wildlife and opportunities for activities and adventure.
